Turning travel time into productive time
If you’re flying this month, you might find your best focus happens above 30,000 feet.
JetBlue has partnered with Amazon’s Project Kuiper to bring satellite-based Wi-Fi to its fleet starting in 2027, promising faster connections and fewer dropouts. That means smoother mid-flight work sessions, video calls that don’t freeze, and emails that don’t have to wait until landing.
Until that becomes standard, plan ahead: preload key files, jot down next-day priorities, or outline client follow-ups while offline. Treat travel as quiet planning time rather than lost hours.

Spam calendar invites can quietly drain focus. If odd meetings keep appearing, a quick setting change can fix it.
In Google Calendar:
Settings → Event Settings → Automatically add invitations → Only when I respond
That one switch blocks most unwanted invites instantly. For more steps, check this Google Calendar spam guide.
Confirmed’s calendar sync adds an extra layer, ensuring only legitimate meetings appear. Less clutter. More control. More time that’s yours.

Time Management in the Age of A.I.
A workshop program for teams that helps them create their own customized methods of optimizing their time by combining the proven popular frameworks with customizations and new techniques like AI to get fabulous gains in their success.

This workshop grew out of a successful program first conducted for Executive MBAs at a prestigious university. It’s interactive – and from the comments we get from participants, it’s both fun and impactful:
"Such a great session! Very interesting on all the different styles of time management. I can't wait to start.”
"Amazing session. Totally loved it.”
"This session is essential in life.”
“You hit the nail on the head”
“The time flew by — so much info. When I noticed the time, the session was almost over”
