I feel I change my mind all the time. And I sort of feel that's your responsibility as a person, as a human being – to constantly be updating your positions on as many things as possible. And if you don't contradict yourself on a regular basis, then you're not thinking

Will Amazon’s “Buy for me” AI Agent change the way you shop?

A common practice of getting more done during each day is to shrink the amount of time you spend on various tasks. For many of us, shopping is something that is time consuming and that if we can take less time doing it, we’ll have more time for other activities. So you might welcome Amazon’s new “Buy for me” AI Agent.

Amazon prompts customers to use their AI Agent to browse across brands and buy.

An AI Agent is an emerging type of artificial intelligence that can bundle clicks, mouse movements and other typical computer tasks that can be triggered on your behalf – and shopping seems to be a pretty good place for agents to work.

Amazon says “Buy for me” will allow its customers to discover additional selection based on third-party sellers in their store and seamlessly purchase it.

Right up Amazon’s alley; huh? They’re trying it out with a limited number of their brand partners currently and expect to release it more widely as they learn more from how it works for their early adopters – in typical Amazon fashion. You can get it the Amazon App. As AI Agents become more functional and popular, expect to see other retailers release their own AI Agents. But it really becomes intriguing when you can train your own AI Agent to do your shopping across a broad spectrum of sellers. More on those in future Confirmed Achiever issues.I keeps getting smarter. New Scheduling and Agents capabilities available for ChatGPT.

Tweaking Google Chrome to make it your own

With its recent upgrade, Chrome is now allowing you to more fully customize it by choosing the buttons that you have on your tool bar at the top of the window. So you no longer have to remember which menu those functions are on, and if you use advanced functions can unbury them from several menus deep to right in sight for a single click.

These are the types of tweaks that make days easier for Confirmed Achievers – and over the course of the year, can save time, even though it’s in small increments. My favorite reason to tweak a tool like this is that it lets you keep your mind on your task at hand instead of trying to remember keyboard clicks.

Unfortunately, Google has hidden the process to do this behind multiple menus and several distractions – so we have uncovered it for you, and are happy to give you the step-by-step now…
